The Mesa Directiva is the Board of Directors for MEChA. It is composed entirely of Chico State students who volunteer their time to make sure MEChA runs as smoothly as possible. Unlike a traditional B.O.D, the Mesa is not a hierarchy Each member has an equal say on the board and does their part to make MEChA the outstanding Chico State organization that it is today.
The advisors of MEChA are faculty members at Chico State who share the same ideology as that of this organization. In addition to their commitment to their classes they dedicate time to guiding the Mesa and the rest of the MEChistAs in the direction of social justice and equality.
